We are very sorry if an error was made on your order. In order to avoid the risk of books being mislaid as time passes and so that we may make the correction in a timely manner, we ask you to examine your order when it arrives. The most accurate way to report issues is to send us a copy of your email order confirmation with notes made next to the items in question. Here is the procedure for a quick resolution:

1. Report any damages, errors or missing items within 14 (2 weeks) days of receipt. We will correct at our expense.

2. For issues reported after 14 days but within 30 days of order receipt will will make the correction but will ask that you pay part of the shipping costs.

Damages
We will offer a reasonable refund if you want to keep the item or will replace...your choice. We self-insure so you do not need to purchase extra insurance.

Incorrect/incomplete orders

Please send a copy of the order with the items in question highlighted and an explanation of the problem. If anything is unavailable or backordered we will notify you by email.
