 Rate are listed in the table below. All U.S. orders are sent MEDIA MAIL: average arrival time is 2-3 weeks.

Up to $15 = 4.99 Up to $35 = 5.50 Up to $50 = 5.99 Up to $70 = 6.50 Up to $90 = 6.99 Up to $115 = 7.99 Up to $180 = 8.99 Up to $220 = 9.99 Up to $449 = 5.5% Up to $5000 = 5%

Priority Shipping
 To request faster shipping please use the Special Instructions box when submitting your order. We will reply with the additional shipping cost due.

Returns
Returns are allowed within 30 days of the order in new and unused/undamaged condition. You must contact us for authorization and instructions first. Because of the extra time involved there is a 15% restocking fee unless an order error was made.

International Orders
Our goal is offset the high cost of International shipping rates by efficient, custom packaging of orders...price does not always reflect the size and weight of the book. We suggest you order and choose 'check' pay to allow the order to go through without payment. We will then respond with the total and a credit card payment link. If the cost is too high we can easily cancel.
